Cody has lived in Nanaimo his whole life and is very familiar with all aspects of Vancouver Island. Being born and raised in Nanaimo has enabled him to fully understand the changing dynamic of the city and surrounding areas. Cody also volunteers and works alongside the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation on the Board of Directors and the Tom Harris Foundation Board of Directors. Jennifer Monsen
Jenn has lived in Nanaimo since Elementary School and ever since, has discovered her love for exploring and hiking across beautiful Vancouver Island. She knows firsthand what a desirable place the Island is to live, work and play.
After high school, Jenn attended VIU to obtain her bachelor’s degree with a Major in History and a Minor in the French Language. Jenn has worked a variety of careers throughout her life including a pulp mill worker, apprentice electrician, oil field FIFO worker and Customer Service Representative. Working as a Real Estate Assistant over the past 3 years with Layzell Dreger & Associates has ignited her passion for the Real Estate Industry, through helping numerous Clients find their forever homes. When Jenn isn’t working, you will find her out hiking the latest trails with her husband Kaya and their dog Jaxon or spending time with her large extended family.
